The coalition of manufacturer of Corrugated HDPE Storm water pipe, which is composed of ADS, Armtec and Soleno, will present how the design service life of 100 years is determine. The presentation will detail the three criteria to confirm the Design Service Life of 100 years. The three criteria are the following: the structural design, the resistance to the propagation of cracks and the resistance to oxidation. Corrugated HDPE Storm water pipes is commonly used everywhere in North America, in Canada and here in Québec. The Corrugated HDPE Storm water pipe fabricated by the Coalition members meets the specifications of the standard BNQ 3624-120.
